1. KPR Tech Park

One of the most expected new IT park is the KPR tech park located on the Neelambur to Echanari bypass. This is a four-story construction with a built-up area of approximately 2 lakh square feet. Owned by the KPR Group and KPR Institutions, this tech park’s interiors works are going on expected to inaugurate in 2025.

Although, the opening date of KPR tech park is still not announced, it is rumored that the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has taken over the whole building. Despite its strategic location beneath national highways, transportation services from and to this site is quite limited, which may pose initial challenges for employees relying on public transport.

2. Aditya Techno Park

The Aditya Convention Centre is undergoing a transformation into the Aditya Techno park. With a massive 3 lakh square feet of A-grade office space, this tech park is scheduled is open now and new IT companies are securing their spot there.

Aditya tech park is 75000 sq. ft floor located in the Saravanampatti to Thudiyalur road. Previously known as a convection hall, the redevelopment aims to provide state-of-the-art facilities for IT companies, contributing to the city’s growing infrastructure.

3. L&T IT Park

Ever since it was annouced,  L&T IT park is creating buzz in and around Coimbatore and nearby districts. Strategically it is situated on the L&T bypass road between Madukarai and Palagad highway, this huge IT park is under construction and expected to open in 2027. This park promises to enhance cities IT infrastructure and attract numerous tech companies and talents from nearby districts in Tamil Nadu and Kerala as well.

4. Tanny CAG Tech Park

Saravanampatti is all set to host yet another tech park, the Tanny CAG Tech Park. Developed by Tanny Shelters, spanning 3.5 lakh square feet, this tech park will feature state-of-the-art amenities. Of this space, 1.5 lakh square feet will be for sale, and 2 lakh square feet will be available for lease to IT companies. The managing director, Sivaraman Kandasamy, stated that this project would attract more IT companies to Coimbatore.

5. Wynfra Cybercity IT Park

Designed and developed by KGiSL, Wynfra Cybercity IT Park is set to open in 2025 in Saravanampatty. This area has rapidly became an hotspot for IT companies, and this tech park will further solidify its position as a prime IT destination.

6. KCT’s Knowledge Centre

In addition to the private IT parks, Kumaraguru College of Technology is planning to set up a ‘knowledge centre’ at a cost of Rs 275 crore. This initiative is part of the broader effort to enhance the educational and infrastructural landscape of Coimbatore, aligning with the city’s growth as an IT hub.

7. Techcity IT Park

Also developed by KGiSL in Saravanampatty, Techcity is another significant project slated to open in 2024. With cutting-edge amenities and a strategic location, Techcity aims to attract leading IT firms to the region.

8. IT Park in Kovilpalayam

Kovilpalayam, a rapidly developing area in Coimbatore, is set to have its own IT park. This development will provide much-needed office space and is expected to boost the local economy by attracting various IT companies.

9. IT Park in Thudiyalur

Thudiyalur, a suburb of Coimbatore, is also witnessing the development of a new IT park. This project aims to decentralize the IT industry in Coimbatore, providing opportunities for growth in suburban areas.
