Strategically it is situated on the L&T bypass road between Madukarai and Palagad highway, this huge IT park is under construction and expected to open in 2027. 4. Tanny CAG Tech Park

Saravanampatti is all set to host yet another tech park, the Tanny CAG Tech Park. Developed by Tanny Shelters, spanning 3.5 lakh square feet, this tech park will feature state-of-the-art amenities. Of this space, 1.5 lakh square feet will be for sale, and 2 lakh square feet will be available for lease to IT companies. Designed and developed by KGiSL, Wynfra Cybercity IT Park is set to open in 2025 in Saravanampatty. This area has rapidly became an hotspot for IT companies, and this tech park will further solidify its position as a prime IT destination.

In addition to the private IT parks, Kumaraguru College of Technology is planning to set up a ‘knowledge centre’ at a cost of Rs 275 crore.
