Following complaints about a blocked sewer line in HDFC Colony, Ward 52 of the Coimbatore Municipal Corporation, Eastern Zone Leader Mrs. Ilanj Selvi Karthik personally visited the area today (Jan 29) to assess the situation, accompanied by Assistant Administrative Engineer Mr. Rajesh Kanna.
The issue, which has persisted for a long time, was discussed with officials, and immediate action was instructed to find a permanent solution. The officials assured that the necessary work would begin promptly.
Also present during the inspection were Health Supervisor Mr. Santhamurthi, HDFC Colony members Mr. Manickam, Mr. Durai (President), Mr. Mariappan (Secretary), and Mr. Tholkappiyan.
