A dengue mosquito eradication drive was carried out today (January 22) in Thukkinar Street, Peelamedu, under Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation’s Ward 27.
During the operation, mosquito larvae were identified and removed. Bleaching powder was applied, and Abate solution was poured into water tanks to prevent breeding.
Ward Councillor Ambika Dhanapal visited the area to oversee the activities and conducted an inspection.
She emphasized completing the eradication works swiftly, which is noteworthy.
