Sewage cleaning operations were carried out today in the Duraisamy Layout area of Peelamedu under Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation’s Ward 27.
Ward Councillor Ambika Dhanapal visited the site on January 22 to inspect the ongoing cleaning efforts.
She also urged the public to avoid dumping garbage on roadsides.
