Minister Rajendran announced that discussions are ongoing regarding a one-day tourism plan aimed at showcasing all the major tourist destinations in Coimbatore in a single day. The plan is designed to promote the city’s tourism.

As part of efforts to enhance tourist destinations, Minister Rajendran is conducting inspections in various parts of Coimbatore. Today, January 20, 2025, he visited the Coimbatore Kutralam area for the inspection.

During his visit, the Minister interacted with the media and shared the requests received at Coimbatore Kutralam. He stated that there is a need for separate rooms for storage and changing, as well as washrooms. Other demands include adventure sports facilities, bike parking, renovation of ticket counters, restrooms, and provisions for drinking water, among others.
