Training on Commercial Vegetable and Fruit Product Preparation at Coimbatore Agricultural University

The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore, announced in a press release today (January 20) that a training program on “Commercial Preparation of Vegetable and Fruit Products” will be held on January 22 and 23, 2025. The training sessions will run from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM on both days.

Participants will receive hands-on training in the preparation of various food products, including dehydrated vegetables and fruits, mixed fruit jam, squash, ready-to-serve beverages, pickles, candies, fruit bars, and fruit toffees.

Interested individuals can register by paying a fee of ₹1,770 (₹1,500 + 18% GST) on the first day of the training.
